In 1977, one respectable man with a vision, filled with hopes and aspirations, dared to make a difference by setting out to turn his dreams into reality.

He was no other than the President of the PICO Group of Companies, Mr. Teruyoshi Oshima, and the difference he made was to set up the very first PICO operation in Tokyo.

Since then, owing to his perseverance and excellent management skills, PICO has grown steadily from that first office to eleven branches around the globe to date.

However, it is not our intent to stop at this point. Our ambition is to have a PICO facility at all major electronics industry locations in the world.
